Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
Because every playmat is individually made to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, however, stand behind our product quality.
14-Day Window
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Sizing Tolerance
Print-on-demand manufacturing has a tolerance of ±1–3cm. This is noted at checkout and is not considered a defect. Please review the size guide before ordering.
How to Return
Email support@playmatnexus.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
